Translation of the main part:
G. G. Rasputin was born on March 3rd 1951 in a small town Shenkursk
in the region of Arkhangelsk. In 1968 he entered the Department for
Mathematics and Mechanics at the Univerity of St. Peterburg.
In 1979 he got his PhD under the supervision
I. P. Mysovskikh.
Then he worked at the chair of mathematics at the Forestical
Institute in Arkhangelsk. In 1982 he became chairman of that
Institute. In 1985/86 he spent a year in Potsdam, Germany,
where he worked with B. Renschuch on polynomial ideals.
Rasputin worked in the theory of cubature formulae, he has
obtained several fundamental results. He published about 40
scientific articles.
G. G. Rasputin died on July 27th 1991.
